I got a robot call from Duane Reade, but they had nothing for me when I went there. Oh, nothing new, of course I got my Calcium+D and sleeping pills refilled -- ah, SHIT, I never got the little bottles back! And the calcium had two pills left IN IT. And the other one was a child-not-proof-er!!!

First the thumb goes twitchy twitch, or snaps to the forefinger? It may happen any number of times, and may end up clamped there? I have no idea where I came across the phrase "palmar grip," but it must have been on the internet, of course,

how thoughtless, the internet....

Anyway, that twitchy-etc had happened to me all my life? Not something you remember until it happens again or another person mentions it -- like one of those temporary eye-tics? But, now that I have thought of it (some MONTHS ago????),

... and now I wonder if it is one of those "how long HAVE I had MS ideas?

ANYway, here are some things that I (THINK ???) have begun with, or near, the "onset" of the MS.... Okay, the DX? The optic neuritis happening so many years ago is an obvious point to start watching, which I DID, while avoiding hearing anything about "MS," so I had no idea there was any treatment developed in the meanwhile....

but anyway, The DX, and then:

1 ) I cannot pee and poo at "the same time," that is, not only going both AT ONCE, but just at the same bathroom visit.... I must finish one (or "two," whatever, shaddup yer so funny what the fuck was I going to say next?), and leave and come back. Waiting does not help, in fact I quickly forget it was my intention to stay on the seat and move off to some unrelated thing.

2 ) Basil, in any form, tastes like the mold from dead bodies in HELL. Fresh, canned, frozen, in sauce.

3 ) I do not recognize a rhetorical question, even the most obvious. "It was like that again last night, y'know..." "How would I?"

There really no other alternatives on the drop-down menu if you want to customize your sandwich, I doubt if they deliver by PayPal anyway, what, through your CD tray, huh, the cupholder? And I doubt you would have any better luck trying to CUSTOMIZE this item in the shop...

but I sure am hungry

BTW, I am going to have a fit (aNOTHER fit) over me calling myself stupid, or anything like that. I mean, about being dis-allowed to call myself so.

Okay, there is a rally in Times Square tomorrow evening, and hopefully it won't be too jostling.... I will bring my cane, which leads me to the topic of my ANKLE. I have a brace on it now, and if there isn't improvement in 4 weeks I will have an MRI and maybe surgery. Never ends, does it, the spin-off sitcoms of MS. The tendon is like "bending a paperclip," it can break or snap or tear w/o a specific injury, just by hobbling like a Messy. So my efforts to walk more (esp to help the bone loss in my hips!!!) is injuring me.

Got an email today (or today's reading of email, whatever) from Lex, and now I am especially conscious of my grammar & spelling & composition shortcomings (recent from the MS, of course). Oh well, she still loves me, I still love her, and we are so FAR apart.

I spent a long time coloring in these tendons. WHILE I WAS AT THE OPTHO-SO & SO DOCTOR (waiting, bhuh-course), I debated whether or not to add the recent, 36-hr, addition (to the "ankle" pain) of the new pain, along the outside of my foot. What kind of a loony was I, just seemed too made up, "it hurts HERE, and, look also here?"

But, lo & kennedy, no, lo & behold, when I told the nurse about the second pain, she switched gears into whatever gear the nurses go to when they see the course to be followed. Yes, the purple tendon and/or the green tendon, are "the same," and looky, here on Google to prove it.

Okay, OKAY, I colored this image in myself

to make my explanation easier to follow. It took about 45 minutes, I suck now at Pshop as well. I think it is the "longus," of the two Peroneii. US-es, Peroneus-es.

BTW, I am going to have a fit (aNOTHER fit) over me calling myself stupid, or anything like that. Anyway, Imaginary Roommate said, "well, most people slow down as they age; I'm forgetful all the time."

And then I came up with (and said to her) such a good explantion:
